Ashtanga Vinyasa Mysore Style

What it is:

Ashtanga Vinyasa is a flowing and dynamic practice that links movement, breath and yoga poses together. It is the original Vinyasa style. Mysore Style is the traditional method of teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa. In this class each student  is taught to remember the sequence under the guidance of the teacher. Each student moves and breathes at their own pace and over time they develop a self practice.

Benefits:

Ashtanga is great for overall fitness, flexibility and strength. Breathing and circulation are improved. Proper practice bring mental focus and clarity and a peaceful heart. The traditional method of teaching, Mysore Style is very empowering and ultimately means you can take your Yoga practice with you wherever you go.

Ashtanga Vinyasa, Primary Series

What it is:

In this class you are fully guided through the 1st (beginners) Series of Ashtanga Yoga, known as the Primary Series. This class if for those who have some experience of Ashtanga or Vinyasa Yoga. Even though it is a beginner's series, it has some more advanced poses in it. However we welcome all to try it as it's certainly a fun challenge!

Vinyasa Yoga

What it is:

A flowing style of Yoga that marries movement, breath and poses. Each class can vary in intensity and content, depending on the teacher, the students and the energy that is present.

What it is:

An evening of feminine connection. In these sessions we have a sharing circle and embodied practices.
