The Nature of the Work
This is a conscious exploration of sexual energy, not conventional sexual activity or sexual gratification.
The practices we use will vary according to the individual and the work we are doing. Some sessions may involve breath, movement, sound, meditation, energetic clearing and other practices that may look nothing like sexual practice.
In in-person work, physical contact may sometimes form part of the practice where appropriate and mutually agreed. Any such work is discussed clearly beforehand and held within explicit boundaries and consent.
The intention is to develop a conscious relationship with your sexual energy, rather than simply seeking sexual release. We work towards greater awareness, choice, presence and capacity, and towards integrating that energy into your life as a whole.
