cancellation policy

Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing to: devatemplebali@gmail.com

  • Deposit is non refundable but can be transferred to another event by Dancing Songbird.

  • The event is 100% refundable (minus deposit) if cancelled 15+ days before the event start date. The event is 50% refundable if cancelled 0-15 days before the start date.

  • If in the event you need to cancel we will give you the option of transferring to another event so you don’t lose your investment.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, if we need to cancel the retreat. we will provide a full refund or offer to reschedule the event, whichever one is most suitable for you.
