Deposit is non refundable but can be transferred to another event by Dancing Songbird.
The event is 100% refundable (minus deposit) if cancelled 15+ days before the event start date. The event is 50% refundable if cancelled 0-15 days before the start date.
If in the event you need to cancel we will give you the option of transferring to another event so you don’t lose your investment.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, if we need to cancel the retreat. we will provide a full refund or offer to reschedule the event, whichever one is most suitable for you.
